Adding Notes to Orders

On Desktop

  1. Go to Products & Services and click Orders
  2. Click the order you want to add a note to
  3. Click the Notes tab in the order details
  4. Type your note in the text field
  5. Click Save

On Mobile App

  1. Open the Squarespace app and tap Orders
  2. Select your order
  3. Scroll down and tap Internal Notes
  4. Tap the Add Note icon (plus sign)
  5. Enter your note and tap Save (or the checkmark)

The mobile app makes it easy to add notes when you're away from your computer. You can update order information wherever you are.

Deleting Notes

You can remove notes if you need to, but the steps vary depending on what device you're using.

On Desktop

  • Open the Notes tab in your order details
  • Hover over the note and click the trash can icon

On iPhone/iPad

  • In the order details, tap Seller notes
  • Tap Edit
  • Tap the delete symbol next to the note
  • Choose Delete and confirm by tapping Yes

On Android

  • Under Internal Notes, swipe left on the note
  • Tap Delete to confirm
