On Desktop
- Go to Products & Services and click Orders
- Click the order you want to add a note to
- Click the Notes tab in the order details
- Type your note in the text field
- Click Save

- Open the Squarespace app and tap Orders
- Select your order
- Scroll down and tap Internal Notes
- Tap the Add Note icon (plus sign)
- Enter your note and tap Save (or the checkmark)
